Scheduled inspections
Routine roof health checks with photo documentation, condition notes, and practical maintenance recommendations.
Homeowners insurance is built for sudden covered damage. RoofCare is built for the maintenance, documentation, and small roof issues that happen before they become expensive problems.
Most roof problems start small: worn pipe boots, lifted shingles, exposed nails, flashing issues, deteriorated sealant, or suspicious stains after heavy rain.
RoofCare is a maintenance-first membership for shingle roofs. We inspect, document, maintain, and help extend the useful life of the roof. If a covered storm event happens, you already have a roofing company that knows the roof and has a record of its condition.
RoofCare helps with the roof maintenance issues homeowners insurance often excludes. It is designed to reduce neglect, catch small roof problems earlier, and keep documentation current.
Routine roof health checks with photo documentation, condition notes, and practical maintenance recommendations.
Covered minor repair visits are included up to the plan’s per-call NTE and annual repair allowance.
When weather hits, you have a local roofing partner familiar with the roof and ready to document visible concerns.
Repairs above plan limits require approval and are billed separately at preferred member rates.
Plus and Premier members may qualify for replacement coverage after ten years of continuous membership if the roof can no longer be reasonably maintained under plan terms.
When weather hits, RoofCare gives you a maintenance history and roofer-documented condition notes that can help support the next decision.
Final eligibility and tier pricing require an initial roof review. Existing damage, end-of-life roofs, steep/complex roofs, and roof accessories may require repairs or custom pricing before acceptance.
For smaller, simpler shingle roofs that need routine monitoring and light maintenance support.
The recommended plan for most qualified West Georgia shingle roofs.
For larger, older, steeper, or higher-risk shingle roofs that need more room in the plan.
No plan should feel open-ended. RoofCare uses per-visit and annual not-to-exceed limits so homeowners know what is included and Absolute can keep the program sustainable.
| Plan | Per service-call NTE | Annual repair allowance NTE | Above the limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | Up to $250 per covered minor repair visit | Up to $500 per membership year | Written approval required; billed at member-preferred rate |
| Plus | Up to $500 per covered minor repair visit | Up to $1,000 per membership year | Written approval required; billed at member-preferred rate |
| Premier | Up to $750 per covered minor repair visit | Up to $1,500 per membership year | Written approval required; billed at member-preferred rate |
The point of RoofCare is to maintain the roof, not rush it into replacement.
For Plus and Premier members, after the 10-year membership anniversary, if the roof can no longer be reasonably maintained, it may become eligible for replacement coverage under the plan terms. That replacement may happen in year 11, 12, 13, 14, or later depending on roof condition, maintenance history, and plan compliance.
Every RoofCare membership starts with an initial roof review. We check condition, complexity, existing issues, and whether the roof is a good fit for a maintenance-first plan.
We will review the roof, explain what we see, and recommend whether Basic, Plus, Premier, or custom pricing makes sense.
